We are currently mapping the wild lands of the Eastern End of Long Island, from Amagansett to the end of Napeague, where the glacial terminal moraine meets coastal outwash in a diverse landscape of cranberry bogs, heaths, pine forests, and dune. Our work includes mappings using aerial imagery as well as a sound mapping by sound artist and collective member Callan Fish. This area is our testing ground for methods and processes we will use in developing our conservation roadmaps in workshops internationally.
